Historical Background

As a chain food and beverage restaurant chain group operating in China, Tang Palace (China) Holdings Limited has its first restaurant opened in China in 1997 and was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd on April 19th, 2011(Stock No. 1181).


Tang Palace has innovated 6 brands including Tang Palace Seafood Restaurant,Tang Palace Restaurant,Tang’s Cuisine, Excellent Tang Palace,Ninja House Japanese Restaurant and Sakuragawa Japanese Restaurant and served excellent Chinese cuisines of all types, Hong Kong style dim sum, Japanese cuisine and provided diversified catering service to customers. With strategic expansion, Tang Palace has established its branches in first-tier and second-tier cities which include Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Dongguan, etc, meeting requirements of different consumption markets. Until December 2011, its affiliates are up to 26 restaurants in total and a food factory in Shanghai. Through high-quality food, excellent catering service and well-trained and richly experienced staff provided for many years, we have gained renowned reputation in China and continuously made achievements.

Provision of excellent and diversified catering service is the goal we are always pursuing for. For this goal, we have introduced a fast food business model, Pepper Lunch in 2010. With the first restaurant opened in Beijing, we willexpand business network into Tianjin and Shanghai, so as to offer our customers with a brand-new catering concept.

Over the past decade, Tang Palace has always emphasized inner control and staff training and devoted itself to building excellent service brand for Tang Palace, and promoted people-centered management and insisted on the enterprise culture of “doing deeds with love”. Since 2001, we have established cooperative relationship with many professional consultant companies and laid robust foundation for the group and realized the enterprise construction.
